This acquisition combines two leading organizations with more than 60 years of experience in business consulting and health care recruitment to benefit agencies and corporations providing home care, hospice, palliative care, and other community-based services.
Eric Scharber, President and Founder of Exact Recruiting will serve as a Principal at Simione and will lead efforts for executive/retained search, contingency search, interim management, recruitment process outsourcing, compensation analysis and employee satisfaction surveys to sustain home care and hospice organizations in managing human resources.
