  2. Contingency SearchThis is the method used for most standard searches. There is no obligation or up front cost. It’s the easiest way to begin a search. Your company only owes a fee if you hire a candidate referred by us.
  3. Interim/Transitional Management – This solution is designed to keep your organization running at peak performance during times of transition or growth. We can fill key vacancies in your organization with talented Interim (Temporary) Home Care and Hospice professionals.
  4. Recruitment Process Outsourcing (Flat Rate Retained Search) – This method is used by our clients when they have an ongoing need. We function as your internal recruiting department would and handle the recruiting process for all (or a portion) of your openings.
